Job Summary:

 

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the success of our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and excellent communication skills.

 

 

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

Provide product training and guidance to customers to ensure their success

Proactively identify and resolve any customer issues or concerns

Collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer experience

Drive upsell and renewal opportunities

 

Requirements:

Previous sales experience

Excellent customer service skills

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Australian work experience is preferred

 

Required Skills:

  • High level of customer service experience required
  • Outbound Sales

Must Have Skills:

  • 3+ years experience
  • Proven work experience as an Outbound Customer Support or similar role

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Computer and software skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with the Australian market
