Job Description

- Take full ownership of the loan application process from submission to settlement, ensuring smooth processing with minimal broker intervention. - Input and verify data in CRM systems. - Complete lender forms and submit applications online. - Process and submit home loan applications following established procedures. - Adhere to outsourcing company's processes post-lodgement. - Keep clients informed throughout the loan process, ensuring customer and broker satisfaction. - Stay updated on lender processes and policies. - Process First Home Owner Grant (FHOG), deposit bond, pricing, valuation, etc. - Follow up with lenders and solicitors to ensure timely settlement of applications. - Ensure compliance with legal and customer service standards. - Contact lenders to run scenarios and assess files for suitable lenders based on completed fact finds. - Prepare compliance documents and application forms for clients. - Review lender checklists to identify missing documents for submission. - Request and collect all required supporting documents. - Check Apply Online platform for accuracy, including reviewing credit sections and living expenses. - Address compliance issues and communicate them to the broker. - Assign tasks to broker support team, such as valuation, pricing, and post-submission tasks. - Collaborate with broker support to address queries and Mortgage Insurance Requests (MIRs). - Follow up on leads, arranging appropriate client meetings and coordinating with brokers as necessary.
